I have just phoned Interparcel as I had a package returned because customs would not let it go through with aerosal so we had to remove from package and needed to re book a collection, I spoke to Louise Evison and she was beyond amazing in fact I think it has been the best customer service I have ever had she took me through the commercial invoice and advised me on value etc, this girl needs to made customer services manager so she can teach staff how to be the best as she is.
We use Interparcel all the time.
