I was due a collection of a parcel a week ago on Monday . As no one came for it I rang Interparcel on Tuesday to find out what happened. There was an immediate apology and was told that the parcel would be picked up Wednesday. It was picked up on Tuesday to my delight. On Monday last, Charlie Stocker e mailed me to say that the package had been delivered that morning around 9.30.. What a nice touch that some one had the courtesy to inform me of the delivery.That was excellent service, full marks and thank you again Mr Stocker.
