Our company have used Inter-parcel for many years. If there is any issues (very few) they always sort them out very quickly. Recently sent parcel to Israel and checked online for the tracking at it was only showing as booked. Spoke on-line to Rachael and she was most helpful. She looked into this and replied very quickly confirming that the parcel had been delivered and confirmed the time and person signing for the parcel. I would recommend Inter-parcel.
