Interparcel was recommended to me by my son and I am so happy that it was. I found the service comprehensive in its offers, very easy to use and super efficient, enabling me to send quite a heavy parcel very cheaply indeed. Most of all, they handled an error I had made in typing the delivery address brilliantly. The Customer Services Advisor, Rachael Smith was extremely helpful and very friendly ensuring that the parcel was delivered as quickly as possible despite my error.
