I cannot thank you enough for the service received this morning, I spoke to Mary Evans one of your advisors and she couldn't have been more helpful. I had 2 parcels to go back to a customer which were collected on Friday 15th July however, the customer had forgotten to advise us that he had moved house and to a completely different area. Mary sorted out very efficiently and promptly for the parcels to be re diverted to the correct address. Our customer was very grateful as he has a lot on his plate with a wife who has dementia, he was distraught when he realised but is over the moon with the solution Mary has sorted. Thank you very much and we will continue to use you, very happily.
