Have used Interparcel on many occasions and have always received excellent service, easy to use website, plenty of choice of services and their carrier partners are always prompt with collections. We encountered our first issue with a UPS parcel going astray that was collected from a third party. After two days with tracking not changing, I contacted Interparcel, Mary was our contact and she located the parcel (it had been poorly packaged by the sender and label damaged) after a few emails back and forth we are now in possession of said parcel, thank you Mary, so nice to deal with UK based customer service with actual FULL contact details to deal with the same person and for that person to be very helpful!! Perfect!!
