Nicole Rowland was most helpful investigating the delay of my parcel sent from Glastonbury UK to Australia. Turns out the problem was at this end, with the Aussie courier company not accepting the PO Box no, only a street address. Nicole quickly got in touch with the Aussie depot and passed on the required details, and shortly thereafter my package was successfully delivered. Due to Nicole's quick action, she circumvented the parcel being re-routed back to the UK. Very happy with Nicole's prompt customer service, received after my initial enquiry, and also her follow-up.
