I paid for a next day delivery service with UPS through Interparcel, I even paid the extra £5 to cover the parcel for the full value of its contents. The parcel arrived seven days late. When I first contacted Interparcel I was told someone would stay on top of this and get back to me the same day which didn't happen. I had to call again the next day. I was told I need to provide a full description of the contents and UPS will start an investigation which will take 8 days. I was told after a few days there were 'warehouse capacity issues' with the delivery address which I did not believe at all. The parcel seems to have finally been delivered seven days after the day it should have been delivered (I have not verified this at the time of writing this review). When I asked for a refund due to the fact I did not receive a next day delivery said which I clearly paid for, I was told the service is not covered by a money back guarantee. Absolute rubbish. They have lost a customer.
