Failed to collect on the right day. Then failed to deliver the parcel. Then charged me to return it. Then failed to return it. Then failed to give any compensation. I started a court case, agreed a settlement via a mediation service, and they failed to pay the agreed settlement.
Just awful start to finish. Absolute rip off merchants.
