Absolutely pathetic. A parcel sent from the UK to South Africa on 24 November, apparently thne only shipped from Belgium on 29 November - and now (23 December) I'm told it won't arrive before the new year.
The quoted time was 5-10 business days. Absolutely ridiculous
How can you not get a parcel to me in over a MONTH!
