YOU PAY FOR A BASIC SERVICE AND IN REALITY YOU ARE TOTALLY IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER AS THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE WITH YOU PARCEL WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THEY ACT AS IF IT IS THE CASE. WORSE STIL AFTER YOU ARE LEFT OUT OF POCKET , INTER PARCEL DENY ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND BLAME YOU FOR BOOKING THAT SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY..AVOID AT ALL COSTS
