first a good price - then a problem. after I had booked and printed the parcel labels ( I had to go to a friend house because I don't have my own printer). I had put the wrong KG weight on the parcel. I realised after I had packed it all up that I had mis-calculated the weight. I went on the chat line, and rachel skidmore, sorted it all out instantly. amended the weight - and confirmed I did not need to re-print the label it was all done. The driver called to collect after just half an hour, and already had all my details and the parcel details. Brilliant service.
