I was very surprised that a customer service agent at interparcel clearly explained to me that they did not know that there were two Congo's ( the DR Congo and the Republic of Congo). They therefore sent my parcel to the wrong country, without knowing exactly where it was (Despite me clearly mentioning the city it was supposed to go and the correct country). Then, after telling me that they were only a broker and blaming the courrier company they picked which has absolutely no presence in either of the two Congo's, Dayna Newman emailed me that there was nothing they could do and that i had to just go and pick up my parcel in the wrong country (flying to the place that is).
Poor quality of service, limited knowlege of where they send goods, way below acceptable for international transfers.
Stick to directly dealing with the international players like DHL and FEDEX, do not let them pick one for you. For interparcel Russia and Ukraine is the same place (that's if they know they are right next to eachother). Sad.
