Booked a parcel to be dropped off at a drop off point, the drop off point refused to accept it. Apparently 3pm is the last drop off.
On the Interparcel site it clearly states parcels could be dropped off "any time today".
On Interparcel's live chat the operative is telling me it was my fault, I booked it for Monay, not today (Friday).
When I pointed out my order clearly states it was boked for today, the line went silent and "Demi" just stopped typing back.
2nd time I have had appalling service from this overpriced agents. Their insurance costs are only apparent once the order has been completed. That in itself is more costly than the carriage.
Find an alternative, if anything goes wrong with Interparcel you will be unable to solve it.
