Terrible service! Booked in a collection last Thursday which has been collected but i cannot track the parcel, when i contacted them about it which has been 3 times now, they say they will email me an update, i haven't received any updates from them, i was actually just talking to an agent over the chat system and she just left the conversation mid way through!
All i want is a delivery date! Absolutely appalling customer service!
