Parcel has been ready for collection for a WEEK - it has still failed to be collected/couriered. We are now told that if we would like to have the parcel delivered before Christmas (which it would have been if it had been collected on time) we should pay an extra fee to be there by our delivery date. Why should WE be responsible for this negligence and your total lack of service delivery???
