These idiots have just LOST my parcel! Collected from drop-off point, sorted at hub, out for delivery, don't deliver it due to access issues (so they say), don't even bother telling me, I give them an alternative address (even though it's the largest shopping channel on TV!), then they tell me my item is LOST?!
They then try and blame for an issue with the address I have given?! If that's the case then, why even collect it?! Return it to me and I would have sorted a qualified company to sort my delivery. But no, you just carry on and go and lose it making me out of pocket! WELL PLAYED!
Complete clowns at the highest level! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
