As a customer of Inerparcel for many years, I find today my attempt to book in a parcel for delivery was declined and after two attempts I assumed by card had expired.
I have been using interparcel for well over 6 years on a regular basis without issue or failure.
I have just recieved the email below from Bex Morley, Revenue Protection Controller informing be my account has been blocked ..

I can see that you have been experiencing issues whilst trying to book to send a parcel through our website.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings to or from yourself as we have reason to believe that you are placing these bookings on behalf of someone that is not permitted to use our services.

Revenue protection manager? You have just closed down an account of someone who uses your company on a regular basis and who recommends your company to soft furnishing businesses across the Uk and your signing off a "Revenue Protection Controller" What on earth makes you think I'm booking parcels for someone else?
The parcel booking you blocked today was booked by me to send a parcel to my customer, and I can assure you I wasn't booking for anyone else. 3 people use interparcel in this building .. Revenue Protection Controller? you're a joke and someone in your organisation needs to take you to task for this.
You're clearly a person with a little power and a button - You're a danger to your company if you can just drop a long standing customer just because you "have reason to believe"
Bex Morley a big thumbs down to you for bad customer service.
I'm sure Parcels to Go welcome your appalling attitude towards your long standing customers.
