They lie about delivery, it came once but on line was saying that it came 3 times (left just 1 flyer), they use 3th party like Hermes and they run from responsibilities. On Saturday morning told me that the parcels will arrive that day or Monday to find out that they sent it back to seller. I called the seller and he showed me an email from Interparcel saying that they didn' t had access to the location ( lies because I live on a main road, mews were access is not restricted). Today I found out that the parcels ( 2 car headlights and a metal front bar) are missing. The customer service are useless, rude and don' t have a clue. I don' t know how such company is allowed to be on the market. This are the tracking numbers: GB0154975687 and Gb5154975692.
