I would just like to say that i am extremly pleased with the service provided by Interparcel. I had a rather large and awkward sized parcel to send from the UK to Germany. I did everything on the web site which i found simple and easy to use. I was given a very good price with UPS transport and told it would take up to 2/4 days to deliver. The parcel was picked up from me 3 hrs after i had submitted the request on the web. I tracked the parcel daily on the sight given which again was simple and very informative. I received a text to say that it was deliverd 3 days after it was picked up from me. The only thing was the delivery address on tracking page was the wrong one. However when checking with the person i had sent it to they had received it ok. So the address thing was a technical error. So i would just like to say thank you and UPS for a fantastic service and i would definataly recommend you and use you again 😊👍.
