I ordered a courier to pick up from England to Scotland (Moray) First day the courier did not turn up with no explanation as to why. Spoke to them and was assured they would collect the next day. Again they failed to collect, this time I was told that as I live north they would not deliver to my address. Considering they knew my address beforehand, why did they promise collection. its happened twice with 2 different couriers.
I am extremely angry at their nonexistent customer service and I urge others not to use this company.
