Item was not delivered by UPS as they advised it was refused by the recipient, who confirmed there was no attempt to deliver.
UPS then confirmed they sent it to the wrong address.
Package was then returned to me, damaged, inside and outside.
Opened a claim as I took full cover on it but Interparcel argues this was a restricted item (containing glass) and therefore no refund is possible under the claim...
Which to me is not the point as it would have never happened if UPS would have delivered to the right address in the first place.
Customer service only sends pre-written emails back and it is impossible to get proper answers until calling them.
Very disappointing. Stay away from this company.
