Interparcel used Tuffnells I sent an awning back to a seller for a refund. The awning cost me £339.99 shipment had been arranged on 5th JUNE Eventually after many many phone calls they declared the parcel lost in the system on 13th JULY. .... IT took INTERPARCEL 38 days to declare it lost in the system! As I didn’t insure the parcel I get £25 compensation.... In other words they are blaming me for loosing the parcel I would never use them again, they don’t care If you ring them you are always in a stacking system with some 15/18 in front of you. They have h7ng up on me twice and I have always been polite they just don’t care
