Interparcel who used Tuffnells Delivery lost my parcel which was going back to a seller for a £339.99 refund. I paid for the shipment on 5th June... on 16th June I contacted the seller to find out where my refund was,she informed me that she had not received the parcel. From 16th June until 13th July I telephoned Interparcel daily always being in a stacking queue of 10/18 people in front of me. Eventually on 13th July I was sent an email declaring the parcel as lost in the system and offering me £25 compensation.after reading the reviews I’m not alone they have many many upset customers. I will never use them again. They have slammed the phone down on me twice. And very rude on the phone. No refund as yet and they blame me for not taking out an insurance.. if I took my £300 suit to the cleaners they would not ask me to insure it. If I went to a restaurant for a meal or to the hairdressers, I would not be expected to take out an insurance in case anything went wrong. So why shouldn’t they take responsibility for them losing my parcel worth £339.99 but Interparcel and Tuffnells think I will go away ...I won’t
