Customer service is the worst! they make you sign an agreement including device Insurance and for roadside assistance and they charge you bi-weekly about $85
Also, they will charge you for a lock out $80 plus service shop fee $32 if you are battery run low because the device needs enough volts to function, so constantly you need to keep charging your battery. Every Customer representative will give a different answer to the same question. Or they will give you a wrong answer and contradict each other. I recommend to hire any other Interlock company in the market than Intoxalock. I have been a customer for over 6 months and I hate it! I can't change to another company now because I have to pay for another installation fee so, I am stuck with it for another 5 months.
