I’m literally in tears right now. I’ve had Intoxalock about 3 years now. Nearly 10 months didn’t count because my driver license was suspended because I couldn’t afford my insurance so I choose not to drive but kept the Intoxalock installed. Nobody told me this time didn’t help. Anyways doing a little better financially now and have been able to pay for six months at a time so I can afford the intoxilock device. I’ve gotten three lockouts since I’ve had it this last time. I’ve been sick for 2 days went to have my blood drawn and then to the pharmacy. On the way I had to provide 4-5 samples each displaying .005 and then .025 everything but all zeroes and then it stopped l. After the pharmacy went to Walmart came out and I’m in another lockout. I call the company and they barely speak English so it’s hard to communicate but they r no help. They won’t refund anything. I asked to be transferred, can’t be transferred. Asked for a new device because obviously it’s defective and nothing. I cannot afford to keep paying these people but I have to drive. And I do not drink at all anymore and haven’t for years. I’m looking into switching companies the Dot says it can be done just have to do it on the same day to avoid a lapse in coverage.
