The device is horrible. I am on a reduced rate in the state of mn and the rate to switch the device to another car is 50$. I paid 50 at the service center and now Intoxalock is automatically taking another 50. Called to inquire and was told to go away basically, and it doesn’t matter because It’s auto pay. Can’t wait to get this dinosaur out. There are way better machines and way better customer service elsewhere. They talked a good game in the beginning and it sounded good. BEWARE.
