I recently wrote a review regarding the difficulties I experienced in removing my device. I have had prior difficulties contacting Intoxalock via phone which resulted in my removing the device without a work order. Long story short, I looked over the breakdown of what I owed after I had become a bit upset talking with the lady in Customer Service and realized I was wrong. I assumed she claimed that I owed for the last two weeks when I had the device removed, but that was not the case. Despite the inconveniences, the expense, and the control this device had in my life for the last three years, I am grateful that I had to have it installed. Seriously. I was a smoker for over 35 years and was able to quit almost three years ago because of this device. I also was able to learn how to "accept the things I cannot change" and rather than getting mad everytime I got in my car, I was able to be at peace and utilize that in other areas of my life. So, even though I didn't see three years ago how this could have been changed into a positive experience, it was and I am grateful.
