Paid extra to have parcel collected on Wednesday morning there was no show so they waited in all day still no show. I called the help line that evening to be put in a que for 36 minutes being played the most awful nosie and costing me even more money!. When someone did answer they told me someone from the collection centre in that area would give me a call back that evening to let me know why no collection!?, again no call back that evening had to wait till 12 noon the following day to which the reply was we are not sure why this has happened we will send someone round today (Thursday). They finialy collected it and I received an email the following morning telling me the parcel would be delivered that day so I waited in only to find AGAIN a no show. Eventually it got delivered on the Monday afternoon a full 4 days late!?. I'm shocked at how bad the service was from such a big well know company which I thought I could trust! Will definitely NOT recommend or use again, I might as well spent the extra and used the pro couriers UPS and had it delivered on the times I paid for as by the time I'd paid your prices and spent all the time queuing on the phone it's most probably cost me the same.
