Awful service. I urge everyone to avoid this company. Its a shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand. It starts with the locker service...lockers open up to reveal someone else's parcel inside!....so I open another locker place parcel inside and wait.... and wait.... and wait!! 2 weeks later and no parcel, no update, no tracking details!!! Constant excuses from ipost parcels stating investigating parcel but still no updates!!!! Staff don't have a clue what's going on and simply try to fob you off with excuses. What a joke. All my parcels are now sent with another company as ipost parcels can only be described as useless. Lets hope they don't reappear under another name!!!!!!!!

One small parcel returned to a company in Holland. Parcel collected from my home address the following day. That was the last time it was seen. Not even booked in at the local depot. After half a dozen phone calls and questions about the size weight and details what was in the parcel I had had enough. Took them to small claims court. Their reply to the court was they would try to reach a settlement. This was just the cost of the goods, £85. So my advice is to anyone who has lost goods or has had goods stolen is :- fill in the form for the small claims court online with all the details. It's a straight forward process and get your money back. They have been getting away with this far to long. Never use them again avoid like the plague.

As I write I am still waiting for a box collection - due yesterday by 11.40 am. Had to go on Live Chat to get a tracking number, but box not collected so no point really!! When you try and contact someone, you get the same phone number for different departments - automated and never fits your particular query. I have requested a refund - not holding my breath on that one!! - and will be booking a different carrier and hoping for better. Unless you thrive on frustration and stress, give this outfit a huge body swerve.

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. I have sent or received 5 packages through them over the past month/few weeks and 3 of them have not been delivered within the "24-hour guaranteed" period. As a result of the delay, the most recent one was spoiled. I hadn't complained about the others. I claimed their stated £25 compensation plus the cost of the service (£7.43) and was compensated a miserly and insulting 74 pence. Yes, that's right - seventy four pence for a total loss. They claim that it wasn't covered and sent me their exclusions list but my item is not on there. They're just trying to avoid their responsibility and all I can do is try to warn others against them. Be warned, they do not keep their promises. These people will do anything they can to avoid paying fair compensation. Apparently my item wasn't covered because it was "samples". Anything can be a "sample". Total shysters.

I am the sender. I wish I could give a higher score. Many aspects are good. They allow cosmetics, the delivery staff are pleasant, I like the way I can order online. It is the communication and report system that is poor. There is no way to get hold of anyone at short notice. It can take days to get a response. By that time it is often too late. I can often detect a problem with my order, early. I suspect it has a very understaffed customer support department that also has poor systems in place. The quickest way of accessing support is Facebook. Odd.

I really wish that I had read the reviews before I used this so called company. I have been waiting for my boxes to be picked up for a week. Well tonight I lost it with them and asked for a full refund. I have customers waiting for their orders to arrive

It's a complete shame! I sent a parcel 17 days ago and since the 2nd day, the parcel is lost. I contacted more than 5 times by mail and, twice but chat live (that only works if you are very lucky) and the phone number that appears on the website is an answering machine that doesn´t help at all.

DO NOT USE IPOSTPARCELS (DHL/UKMAIL). STOLEN SEVERAL PARCELS OF GYM WEIGHTS! We've had 3 parcels (2 different consignments) of gym weight plates cut open and repackaged with different labels and over half the plates missing out the parcels, with another parcel of weight plates simply disappear off the face of the earth! After contacting customer service we've been told they can't find them and don't know what happened, so tough luck! We've sent several emails, provided evidence including photos of the parcels before they left our premises, and then on delivery in the different packaging with different labels, but apparantely this isn't good enough? They ask the same repeated questions running you in circles to avoid resolving the issue and dealing with the claim. There are no contact phone numbers, just email agents trained to avoid paying out claims. We will NEVER use this service again and would recommend if you value your goods/customers to avoid these con-artists like the plague! For those who are planning to use ipostparcels service I recommend to think twice or more before you use their service. If your recipient don't collect a parcel , parcel is undelivered or the parcel is returned for any other reasons then ipostparcels will charge you over £70 for the parcel to be returned to you, even if you paid half of the money to send this parcel. All other companies do not charge for that service, not even a penny. If there is some kind of problem with recipient address or contact information is missing and they email you, phone them to see if they received it (and record phone call conversation as a proof) otherwise they will tell you that they never received any response from you and the parcel automatically is returned . I can only say : Shame on you ipostparcels. Businesses like you should be fined and closed down. If you don't know how to run the business then learn from others or close it down.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. The collected my parcels on 18/12 After two weeks the parcels are still in the UK, when the my were supposed to be delivered on 24/12. I asked for the parcels to be returned to my home.

Awful company will not be using you ever again. Such a shame I haven’t read the reviews before ... Your staff don't know what they're doing. I was waiting all day for my parcel to be collected... waited until the end of the day but nothing. What a joke. I had to use another company to send my parcel as it was very important to me.

Absolutely useless. Do not use them. My parcel missing for a month Absolutely useless. Parcel sent on 28 November still has not been delivered to my mother in Italy. ALMOST A MONTH ! Disgraceful! The tracking shows incomplete address which is not true. There is no house number because the number does not exist but ALL couriers deliver regularly and there is a huge sign with the surname on the gate. I also left a phone number to call if they had issues in finding the house. Customer assistance is non existent as it only happens via Messenger and they reply only occasionally (very rarely) with incorrect information. On top of everything else, the parcel was picked a couple of days after it was supposed to be collected. This company is a joke. Do not use them if you want your parcel to be delivered.

They pay Trustpilot to remove negative reviews they have lost / delayed 72 parcels yes 72 international parcels over the last 7 days my company is on the verge of bankrupt , They will not reply or even refund , Stay away am currently on medication as a result of this

ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF A DELIVERY COMPANY, AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE PAID FOR AN ITEM DELIVERY BEFORE NOON FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. BY 3PM, NOTHING DELIVERED, AND NO CALL FROM COMPANY. WE RANG THEM, JUST TO BE TOLD PARCEL HAS BEEN RE-ROUTED AND WON'T COME TILL NEXT DAY WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND RUINED OUR IMPORTANT EVENT!! WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
