Parcel didn't arrive on scheduled date. No card left.
Got tracking number from seller and looked this up on website and found parcel to be 'delayed' Called and was told it hadn't been put on the van for delivery and now wouldn't go out for yet another day. Parcel was due to arrive on 1st and didn't arrive till 7th. 2 days off work waiting at home for it. Signed up for the 'Next drop' email and text notifications, neither of which I got. All in all - pretty rubbish!
