I am disgusted with your service. My parcel was delayed for no reason other than it was taken to the incorrect depot. I then ask for it to be left in a safe place and printed a note for your driver to sign. However, to my astonishment the parcel was left on my doorstep!!!!!!
The parcel was worth over 700 pounds and could easily been taken from my doorstep. This is not what i had been expecting and would like a refund.
