The delivery driver left it with a random neighbour!
Driver Didn't leave a note in my letter box or anything saying left it with this neighbour eg door 24.
More to the point I was home expecting to the delivery as stated so there was no point leaving it with someone else!!
I didn't request it to be left with a neighbour caused me grief and had to chase around n Nick at every door to see if anyone revived my parcel
I will never use this service again can't get the basics right
