Driver delivered one signed for item on Wednesday and left it next to my bin without a signature. Delivered this item the one for the review on Thursday another sign for item and threw it over my back fence and the the package it was labeled fragile. The package split and it was raining as well. The goods inside were all ruined and they are sweet cones for my sons birthday. I am now awaiting a replacement hopefully before the party on Sunday, and yes they are going to use Royal Mail this time. I have photo proof of the card left both times that say over fence and next to bin.
