Not great at all!! Item arrived earlier than stated which was fine, however, the box had not been looked after with the respect I'd expect from a delivery service. The box was broken, and the drum item I'd bought which was very expensive was sticking out of the box and has scratches...! It was clear the box had been thrown about, the item was really well packed so it must have taken a great amount of force for it to break out of the box.
Not happy at all!!
