I posted a parcel to USA on 16.12.13 but they did not deliver the item until today 14.01.14.
No phone number to contact, no response to my emails.
This cost me more then £60 and my customer is really upset because I have no answer to give him rather then refund.
I believe they can only manage domestic deliveries, they do not know what to do with the international posts.
I will never use their service again and I do not recommend anyone to use this service either
