The only good thing was that it arrived in the time frame given.
The reason I'm giving an overall rating of poor is because your delivery person just knocked on my door, left parcel on the floor & was gone before I could answer the door. I live in a block of flats, so the parcel was relatively safe but there was no more than 5-10 seconds from the knock on my door, to me opening my door.
I hope this is not how your delivery staff deliver all their parcels.
