I was not impressed with the parcel delivery on this occasion. I booked for 2 parcels to be collected on 17/1/14 between 12 & 4 however they were not collected until Monday 20/01/14. There was no communication from driver or company to explain why the delay. I rang customer services on Monday afternoon to be told the driver could not find the address, why not ring me or collection address, what is point of entering phone numbers on the order. I confirmed the address with the customer service lady as per the order and she managed to get hold of depot. The parcels contained important information for a clients accounts / tax affairs.
