The first parcel took over a week until we found out it had been damaged and all contents ruined, the second parcel arrived, again a day later than expected, and again damaged. It has held us back and cost us almost two weeks sales. It has left us seriously doubting whether to use you or your client Donald Cooke ltd in the future as we spend thousands of pounds per year with them and cant afford for have this extremely unprofessional outfit hindering our chances of earning money and just as importantly ruining our reputation as a business.
