Terrible -goods promised 24hr express service delivery however arrived 96hrs later despite it clearly showing & labelled as an Express item. + unable to make contact reasonably with your UK Mail carriers. Regret however will be avoiding such carriers. N.B. This is by no means an over exaggerated complaint as I'm fully aware of logistics having previously been employed by Business Post / UK Mail and now UPS and therefore am quite knowledgable as to industry practices having worked in Freight for the last 25+ years. Suggest a reevaluation of entire system if you want my 2 cents worth, no doubt this review will fall on deaf ears and simply be ignored but that's your downfall ultimately as an organisation!
