I have had issues with this company in the past and the latest problem has been that I tried to make a booking only
this week online and as I tried to pay and error came up on the page so I tried again without any booking confirmed I had noticed that both payments had come out, for the past few days I have been emailing the Custer service team as they have no physical contact number to speak to someone about getting a refund on this and am still waiting for a reply which I should got with in 3 hours. Lucky enough I paid through PayPal which I have had to open a case about this due to the non communication with ipost parcels customer service team!
