My parcel was to be picked up between 8am and 1pm, at 1pm my friend contacted me and said no one had turned up yet. So, that afternoon was spent trying to get hold of ipostparcels, but with only an email contact available I got increasingly frustrated not getting any response. I emailed several times...nothing.
I was then told that the driver turned up at 4.30pm, but was not the driver it was supposed to be, it was his mate! Who had turned up with no paperwork which I had paid extra for, and had no idea what the con number was or where it was going. After being told that they would not give him the parcel until he knew more about it, the driver made a phone call and assured my friend that it was going to my address.
I was now VERY nervous, but it was delivered the next day by 10am which was great.
The service was quick when it happened, but the pick up not happening when it should, paying for extras that didn't get done, not being able to call anyone, or even get a response at all makes for very poor customer service, and they have only given me a 10% discount off the next time I use them. I doubt I will get to use this. Shame, could be a great company.
