The parcel was supposed to have been left in a secure place (so says the sender). It was left on my doorstep, which is on a busy main road in plain view of the road. It could have easily been stolen, or damaged had it rained.
It could have been left securely behind a side gate had your delivery person taken a moment to look for alternative places to leave it.
