The company that I ordered the product from (Eden Candles Ltd) sent me an email the previous day advising me that my order would be collected by a 24 hour courier on Tuesday 8th April and delivered Wednesday 9th April. And, that the parcel would have to be signed for.
I arranged for someone to be in the house during the morning and was my self in the house from they left waiting for the delivery; when it hadn't arrived by 7pm I contacted the company to ask for an explanation. Naturally Eden Candles Ltd was very disappointed that the courier had let it, and me, down and told me that would investigate. I then left the house for a meeting and discovered that the parcel had been left outside my front door without a signature being asked for – hmmmm!
I had to call the company back to let them know that the parcel had arrived – not very good service from your courier company.
