Your delivery driver knocked on my door, but by the time I answered it (within 30 seconds) he/she was gone having left my parcel on the doorstep. When checking on your website later I saw that the delivery was described as having been left in a "secure location", which clearly it was not. Presumably the driver thought they could get away with not waiting as there was no signature required. I have had many parcels delivered by various companies over the years, and the usual procedure is: wait at least a minute for me to answer the door, and if I am not in then leave a card and either return the parcel to the depot for collection / leave it with a neighbour / leave it around the back of the house (which is easily accessible).
