The Delivery driver collected the parcel from the wrong place. Instead of phoning me on the supplied mobile number (he was one door away), he left.
Really hard then to make contact (as help only available by email) and the company refused to send the driver out again or accept the error.
I ended up having to pay again.
Totally unsatisfactory experience.
Will never use this company again
