Other than that, and the fact I got my parents to do the school run so I could wait in for it, as you volunteered the time via email, and I waited, and waited and waited... And couldn't track the parcel via my ipad as it didn't work.. I guess everything is fine. I've given a normal rating of 3/5 because had you not offered a time or parcel tracking via the website, I would have been very happy.
