Currently I have been chasing a parcel which was lost in transit, items worth £599, for nearly HALF A YEAR!
I was going to copy the email chain, but didn't want to disclose the names of those in employment. Nothing is working out. The way I'm being treated is like the least important piece of scrap there ever was. If this continues for much longer then I Post Parcels can be given the classification 'Pirates'. Honestly that's all they are.
