I booked online on the friday for collection and delivery.
I paid via paypal, my money was taken.
Monday between 8.am and 18.00pm was the time frame given in my confirmation email.
So i made sure i would be in ALL day long. having rearranged a few appointments.
No sign of a driver and its 18.53pm
Having just call the customer service department based in milton keynes they could not tell my as to why my parcel was not collected, and thought i would be happy to rearrange another collection and delivery date.
Not good enough. this was a very important parcel which i have now got to pay for a special delivery service. not to mention a complete day wasted waiting for this shoddy service company to fob me off.
I will never recommend this company as a service provider, but i will however make sure to tell people what a very shoddy outfit they are.
