SO you would think it will be delivered the next day?!?!I supposed to get an email on the morning to tell me when it would be collected it. which did not happen so I contact them using online chat. She told me drivers wont know till after 10 o'clock and she said I will get the day after!!!!! Customer service was horrible not sympathetic at all. She basically called my stupid for thinking they will pick it up and deliver the same day! And obs I needed that day as I was going away. Terrible service no number to contact and online agent just stopped responding. AVOID!!!!!!
